DeKalb County Sheriff's deputies have arrested 20-year-old Marcus Rashad Mullins in the shooting death last week of Damian Jamall Daniels. Deputies arrested Mullins at the Wayfield Foods supermarket on Bouldercrest Road, where he worked. He is being held in the DeKalb County Jail without bond. According to a police report, Mullins and Daniels both attended a party March 8 at a home on San Gabriel Avenue in Decatur. After the homeowner asked people to leave, the two began to argue in the front yard.
